I fell two days ago and hit my jaw and face badly. i have pain around a molar in my mouth. i am afraid of having damaged the root of molar. would such pain be unbearable? currently the side of my face feels numb and sore. my teeth do not seem broken?

Jaw pain: A fall such as yours could have fractured teeth and even caused a hairline crack in your jaw. You'll need to see a local dentist or oral surgeon who can examine you and take radiographs to determine if there is any internal damage. Not being evaluated can only make things worse.

Trauma: You may have broken teeth and/or broken bone. Another possibility is devitalization of the nerves of one or more teeth. Please see your Dentist for examination and imaging to establish a base line and to determine if immediate treatment is required.
