What causes tingling in face and mouth as well as arms but doesn't cause numbness. also dry mouth. i'm not anxious. and no numbness at all.

? nerve compression: Not sure, but you may have problems with your neck, which the MRI should show. Also, on BP meds, dry mouth, are you snoring?, have you gained wt? This is not easy to answer but certainly deserves to be evaluated with a good history and pe to start.

Tingling: Have yu changed medications (Rx or OTC) recently? Has your diet changed? There are many syndromes that cause the symptoms you describe. Additionally you may have a neurologic problem. Start with your GP and a full history/physical. Specialty referral may be indicated.
