Veins are soft to fe: If you place your finger on this area and try to take a feel , you will know if it feels hard, firm or soft. Unless it is firm to hard in feel, it is probably just a normal vein. if you are still unsure and concerned then you need to have your doctor examine you and also check inside your chest with a Chest X-ray to make sure that there is no tumor inside your chest.
