When and how: when it keep happening,is it right after you wake up,if that the case it could be the way you slept,is it after exercising or after a long day looking at a computer screen. and how it feels,like spasm,stabbing,or choking,is it one sided or both sides. most of the time it is a muscle spasm,like the one we get in the legs or the back,but more scary because of location. apply heat,eat banana,oranges.
