I have a slight tingling sensation on my left side (neck area). it goes away after a few seconds, then appears again. any ideas as to what it could be?

Nerve irritation: It is likely muscle related nerve irritation. If it doesn't go away in a few weeks, or if there is a lump in the area, you should have it checked out by your doctor.
