Hi i have had a medium sized lump on the left side of my neck for the last 2 days. it feels swollen and quite sensitive. any idea what it is?

Lump: most likely a lymph node. Solitary Lymph node don't mean a whole lot unless they don't go away. Possible throat infection? see a doctor with worsening symptoms like sore throat and fever or if it doesn't go away.
