I've had a sore/stiff neck since yesterday around this time and have no idea why. i don't have a fever or anything, could it be meningitis?

I highly: doubt it. Meningitis produces a board like rigidity where you cannot bend your neck at all, and there is severe pain. Plus you often have a fever,headache, and are septic((very sick))). Still, if your neck pain persists or worsens, see a Dr.
