I cleaned my ear & i think i cleaned to deep i heard a pop sound, i took the q tip out and the cotton was full blood,now its just lil water coming out?

Q-tips terrible tool: for ears, too big & just pushes most wax (cerumen in medical jargon) even deeper compounding the problem. Simply working soap/shampoo & water into ear canal when washing hair both far safer & more effective. Unfortunately, sound like you may have ruptured your ear drum. Best see a good ENT specialist very soon to improve the odds of better healing/repair & less long term damage to hearing.
