Arthritis : This sounds like arthritis but need more information: how old you are , do joints hurt more in the morning or all day long, is there any swelling of the joints, and do you have any other problems such as skin rash? In a nut shell though, if is osteoarthritis you can try anti inflammatory medications such as ibuprofen. I suggest you follow up with your internist for more testing and definitive rx

Likely arthritis: Since you have several painful joints, you probably have some form of arthritis. I recommend you have it checked.
