Typically 6 weeks.: Most patients will want a doctor to confirm the pregnancy test as soon as they think they are pregnant. Most urine pregnancy tests at the doctors office are not really more accurate then the one from the drug store! Most OB/GYNs would like to see patient when the are about 6 weeks pregnant if everything is going well. If you have bleeding or crampy pain, get seen right away.
