Tobacco always: If you have open sores in your mouth, then your risks for many things are greater. It is a habit worth talking with someone about changing. As for weed and tobacco, all I can say is that tobacco is always a problem to your mouth, sores or not. You may be able to address both of these issues with your doctor or a behavioral therapist.
