Possibly: If your teeth are getting loose, it means there is a loss of the bone supporting your teeth. If there is no treatment done the bone loss will continue and yes the teeth will begin to fall out.. See a dentist for an complete examination.

Likely: Without treatment and continuing to do what you have been doing. How soon? We can't tell you, but it does look like you are on the way to full removable dentures. You can't change the past, but you certainly can start to make some changes today. At least take the first step and get a complete dental exam. Hopefully it's not too late for you and your teeth.
