I recently moved from Grant Nebraska to Lincoln Nebraska due to a role change within Farm Credit Services. I get my RX refills at CVS by phone/mail. I need to refill my high blood pressure medicine LOSARTAN/HCT 50-12.5 TAB. However, when i ordered it they needed a renewed RX from my doctor. My eyesight has gotten blury over the last year. It used to happen when I worked long days at my computer but has gotten worse over this year. I take Losartan for my high blood pressure could that be affecting my eyes?

I have low renin essential hypertension. I take losartan. Doc wants to switch to Telmasartan due to inadequate BP response. Is this a good choice? Ive read ARBs dont work with low renin hypertension. Is that true?
