Not enough info...: Not sure what you mean by "getting black day by day". Skin color? Tongue color? Sputum color? Stool or urine color? Regardless, it's time to quit smoking. And because we can't speculate given paucity of information, you need to go see your Family Doc for complete evaluation, including thorough history & examination. Be sure to list all medications, whether prescription or not.

Extra skin pigment: If your skin is getting darker then it could be a sign of something serious like Addison's disease. Please see a doctor for blood tests and exam as soon as possible.

Perplexing...: If you're saying that your skin is changing to a different shade throughout, then you really need to see a doctor for an evaluation. I can't say that this would be a reaction to smoking. Cigarettes can cause black lungs, but not a black body.
