i've been smoking meth every single day since.june of 2005. it makes me feel sick now...when i try to stop it i get even more sick. how do i quit?

With help: Meth is very hard to quit, even with help, but almost impossible to quit on your own. See your doctor. There are medications that can be used to counter the symptoms, counseling programs, help groups, etc.
