Nasal spray: You could try some simple saline nasal spray or prescription steroid and/or antihistamine nasal sprays... Very little of which are absorbed.

Decogestant: You can try using a decongestant like pseudophedrine along with ibuprofen. If you have a runny nose, add an antihistamine such as claritin (loratadine).
