Many: Since these two foods are used in many products. Reading labels carefully will be your major defense. Soy=tofu.

Read labels: The raw foods will be obvious.When you by a processed product, read the fine print in the labels. The FDA requires that products sold to the public list the presence of the major allergy associated items separately from the contents.Usually at the bottom/end of the list of contents.They will often also note if equipment ever touches either item while processing other products.
