See Nutritionist: For patients with multiple food allergies it can be quite challenging to find foods to eat. A good source for nutrition and alternative would be a nutritionist or dietician.

Many options: I would consider cow's milk protein, eggs and other grains (barley, rye and oat) as primary food sources. The tree nuts and animal proteins can also be used as staple items. Corn and soy are both difficult to avoid since they are in many products. Kids with food allergies.Org and fare websites can help with label reading and recipes.
