What are the benefits of going on an organic diet?

"Organic" is a poor: term because its use is not well regulated. Scientifically, all food is organic because all food contains carbon atoms (the definition of organic). The term is often used as a marketing ploy. IF it means grown without chemicals, that may be good. For excellent info on nutrition, go to drmcdougall.com and nutritionfacts.org. A plant-based diet is the most healthy.

Many,: The USDA regulates organic food very strictly and well-defined. Means no synthetic fertilizers, most synthetic pesticides, and not genetically engineered. Meat comes from animals raised without antibiotics or genetically engineered food.
