Hand/arm pain: is it in the finger? which fingers? Do you have numbness? Tingling? Can be carpal tunnel vs thoracic outlet syndrome versus tenodnitis/ or rarely if previsou injury complex regionla pain or clot. Would follow up with doctor/urgent care

Need a physical exam: You need a physical exam by a doctor. Could be rheumatological or neurological in nature or could be coming from your neck or could be a blood flow (vascular) problem
