Can anxiety/depression cause pain in the veins on my hands and arms?

Possible, see doctor: Episodes of anxiety can cause hyperventilation, which can produce tingling sensations. Depression can trigger chronic pain. Talk with your doctor or pharmacist about your meds and whether these sensations could be due to any medication you are taking. But please talk with your doctor if these sensations continue. Good luck
