See a doctor: This is probably just overuse but i would make sure there is nothing else going on. I would recommend you see a hand surgeon for a full evaluation.

I have a different : Take especially is the complaints are just on one side. This can be axillary vein thrombosis, hope not, but need to be checked out asap. Also as a baseline pathology one has also to rule out thoracic outlet syndrome that could compress the vein, the artery and the branches of the brachial plexus.
