My left arm has hurt since fri. no chest pain. now it is swollen and the vein is bulging.my hands are feeling pin pricked/on fire. what's the reason.

Arm pain: It is hard to answer without an examination, May be infection, inflammation involving skin, muscles, tendons, blood clot in the vein, nerve pain form neuropathy. It is better to have examined by a professional.
