A 21-year-old male asked:
I am extremely skinny, so much that my veins are easily visible on my hands, arms and feet. should i get healthy first by eating a lot or should i start working out? another thing i want to mention is that i don't gain weight easily?

Your body has a set point for what it things is ur best body size. Fortunately it is set to be “skinny”. If your BMI is less than 25 you will likely live longer than those who are higher. Working out tends to make veins more bigger under skin. Look at the arms of friends who work physically very hard. If you lift your hand straight up in air over your head veins shrink. Being hot brings them out
