Groin lump: This could be associated with various problems. If it itches, burns and hurts it could be a herpes lesion. It could be a genital wart but this is not usually painful. Very commonly also and not related to sexual transmission is an inflamed boil which could be painful and swollen. In any case, it would be good to see you gyn provider so they can take a look at it and make a definite diagnosis.
