How can i make myself eat more? i have a healthy diet and not overweight (5'2", 120lb), eat 2 small to medium sized meals a day, much less than what people around me eat and feel full easily.

You may want...: You may want to add one to two healthy snacks in between your meals ( such as fruit, smoothie, protein beverage like boost or muscle milk, trail mix, etc). Be careful not to overeat. you are within appropriate weight for height/BMI guidelines. Always remember your water intake daily and exercise.
