Sounds Good to me: I would guess that though you have 24/7 rocking/jerking dizziness that there are SPIKES of significant worsening of those symptoms....and that's where I would place your ACUTE EPISODES of Meniere's or whatever you'd like to call it. That's almost like my headache patients who have CONSTANT HEADACHES but there are episodes where it gets HORRIBLE....those can definitely be migraines! Make sense?
