Growth at the junction of jaw and neck right side: dizzy, hearing loss, pain...what is the region called where growth is, and what could cause this?

One possibility: It sounds like you are referring to an area known as the angle of the mandible, and if the "growth" came on rapidly and is painful, it is more likely to be infection than cancer-related. In the absence of other significant illness you are likely to have an infection involving the inner ear/sinuses. This would cause vertigo, which is a sense of you\ the room spinning, worse when moving your head.
