I have been having really bad diarrhea like water, it's dark green, cold chills, headaches, and vomiting which was dark grey. last month i had the same symptoms except my vomit had black looking seeds in it. any idea what's going on? i have gerd also

GERD: Your black vomitus is probably blood from your stomach. GERD can explain that, but GERD in itself is usually not associated with diarrhea. Watery, dark green diarrhea associated with chills and heddache is likely infectious. I would recommend you be seen.
