I am on day 6 of 25mg zoloft (sertraline). i feel very agitated and almost angry. i feel like i am in a dream. is this all normal with starting this medication?

Go talk to your: general practioner doctor or psychiatrist whoever prescribed this and discuss the side effects. Its very hard to determine if this is normal side effect that will wear off or if they need to try something else with you. Good luck.
