Zoloft (sertraline) agitation, does it go away?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Sometimes: If a patient has just started zoloft (sertraline) and has mild to moderate agitation from it, this often decreases over the first week or so as the body gets used to the drug. However, agitation that persists after this usually doesn't go away unless the dose is lowered or stopped. There are alternatives to try if zoloft causes side-effects, no need to suffer.
