Can't access your : file, but they may be anything. You would benefit from an in-person visit that would allow a full-body dermatologic exam, and, if indicated, a scraping or biopsy. It is a sign of some kind of inflammation, which could result from a number or combination of things: viral, bacterial, (& rarely) helminth infection; toxin; neoplasia; autoimmune, etc. With a pen trace borders to monitor growth/sizes.
