A member asked:

What's best to take at the age of 67 for more energy and wellbeing ( female )?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Good diet, exercise: You don't need any vitamins, supplements, or medicines. None of those have been shown to be universally and persistently effective. Eat a good diet (mostly if not all plant-based), exercise at least 5x/week, be mindful (stress reduction, yoga, meditate, etc), and be active in your work, hobbies, friends/family, and community. That will be the best way for energy and well-being.
