Weight mamagement: Good and balance nutrition associated to a regular exercise program is the only safe and heaslthy way to loose weight. Discipline is very difficult but remenber no pain-no gain. Do it and you will see your weight down and you will be proud of yourself.

Not really: There are many medications and dietary supplements that are marketed to help with weight loss. The sad truth is that none of them are much more effective than diet and exercise. You can't just exercise, you have to cut down on your intake as well. Unfortunately there are no real shortcuts although there are many people who will try to sell you one.
