Center back pain: Any radiation into your legs? What were you doing when this started? Is pain worse when you bend forward to do things like put on your socks and shoes? If so, could be dealing with disc bulge or disc protrusion. If symptoms are pretty recent and you have no issues with NSAIDs or steroids or with your kidney, then you might benefit from short course steroid or Toradol.
