Hi i have pain under my right shoulder blade close to the center of my back, it takes my breath away and hurts really bad?

Aortic aneurysm: Thar is dissecting would be top on the list of things to rule out. Other thing could be a muscle spasm or gallbladder pain. Many other things are on the list as well. You would need a doc to look at you to be able to tell.Needs a visit to the er.
