Possible: Chronic constipation esp in overweight persons may cause gastroesophageal reflux disease (gerd) which could cause heartburn and chest pain. However, it is very important to check with your doctor to rule out actual chest problem or most importantly, a heart problem that could actually be life threatening. If negative, wonder about gallbladder disease, it causes abd distension, chest ; back pains.
