Physical shaking: when anxious is likely from too much adrenaline, which is pumped into the bloodstream when there is a perceived threat. Slow deep breathing helps, but finding out what's triggering your anxiety would be my first choice. Try a psychologist. In the meantime, go to the gym and do some sustained, vigorous exercise to burn up some of those stress hormones, and then re-approach what's causing it.
