Nervous: Sounds like a panic attack. Need to see a doctor to rule out physiological causes for anxiety such as thyroid disease or effect of medications or alcohol or drugs, and treat your anxiety.

Great question: Sounds like you may possibly need some medication to relax you...Speak to your internist or get a referral to a psychiatrist. Some people need anti-anxiety medication to prevent this from occuring.
