Ask for help: The teen years are hard on everyone but are often when significant but treatable emotional problems emerge. If a minor issue you need to learn more effective coping skills. If more intense, you may need that & more intensive help. Ask your family to get you set up with a life coach/therapist. They can start the process & determine if you need more. Do the work and life can get better.Good luck.
