Arm & Neck Pain: Sometimes muscular issues can cause "psuedo" radicular symptoms (like the tingling) into the limbs especially in light of your negative EMG/NCS of your arms. Minimal C4/5 protrusion- C5 nerve root lives at this disc level and can cause upper arm pain & some scapular region pain. Popping in neck most likely related to your cervical facet joints.
