There is a tingling down my right arm when cracking the right side of my neck. i know this is not recommended but provides relief for neck soreness.

Pinched nerve : this problem could be serious and you need in evaluation. The tingling down the arm could be due to the pinched nerve injured are pressed on, but in the neck by a disk or a joint. Please see a physician, especially a neurologist and get an MRI of your neck.
