Standing straight with arms at side, my left forearm starts tingling. if emg, neck, b.plexus is normal why do i get these so easily everywhere?

Nerve pinch at neck: Might be cervical nerve root impingement at neck. Pinching of nerve at opening where it leaves spinal cord, travels through opening in spine and down into neck and arm. MRI of your cervical spine might be helpful. Many other causes as well but this would be a good place to start. Hope this was helpful. Best of luck. Dr R

Ulnar neuropathy?: If moving your arm or forearm into a different position relieves the tingling it's more likely that you have compression ulnar nerve at the elbow area. It's less likely that a cervical or brachial neuropathy would just cause isolated forearm tingling. EMG is helpful if abnormal but a normal study doesn't rule out a compression neuropathy.See http://bit.ly/1p3Cqvh
