No relation: we are missing a lot of information to help you. first we need to know why she had the lung scan,i know it is normal,but why. second not able to eat or drink could be caused by a variety of reason,from digestive,to systemic,to psychological. there is no easy answer here . check with her doctor,they are aware of her condition.
