Pneumonia?: Cough for two weeks with chest pain calls for thinking about pneumonia, especially in someone with autoimmune disease. Loss of appetite could be an indication of infection also. Depending on the type of autoimmune disease, the tightness of chest could be due to different causes. What you have to do is make an appointment with your doctor in a hurry and get appropriate treatment.
