Preparation & Smile: Here are quick strategies for managing test anxiety: Get familiar with the testing room by going into the room and just sitting there; Prior to testing practice deep breathing exercises and stretch; During testing stretch/deep breathe at reg. intervals; Get a good night's sleep; Eat a moderate & balanced meal the meal prior to testing; Take practice tests; Remind self that life will go on!
