Not heart !: Heart pain is not constant. This may well be muscular or bony in nature. Have you had trauma there? Have you started some new exercise or new martial arts training? think of what you do and this may explain why you have pain. See your doc for the best therapy. It is possible this is something inside the chest that needs further investigation.

Get it checked: Constant sharp pain needs to be checked.Most likely at your age it is in the chest wall called costochondritis,but there can be other causes like from lungs&pleura or from esophageal reflux&esophagitis and from heart&precardium Get it checked by your Doctor
