See your doctor: This is a problem that necessitates a face-to-face meeting with your doctor. This will allow him/her to examine you, ask specific questions. And possibly order tests to find out what's wrong and what to do to help you.

Consider Cold Milk: If you aren't a smoker, who is overweight, and family history of heart disease, that is, it isn't your heart that is causing this, consider your stomach as being the culprit. Too much acid? How about drinking milk to coat it with cold milk. Not a treatment, but will give you diagnosis. Then go to your doctor. You are going to need their help.
