Not likely: It is impossible to rule out as heart being involved in your symptoms, but the character of the pain is not suggestive of cardiac origin. A simple test to determine the origin would be to gently push over the involved area. If your pain is worsened, it is chest wall related, specifically sternocostal joints or chest muscles. If that is not the case you may need a follow up with your doc.
