Chest pain needs to: be evaluated by your doc. It MAY be simple muscle tightness or something more but a doc needs to make that determinations. The presentation of cardiac issues w/women is different from that of men so please don't look on the net or talk to well meaning folks because it may be mis-information. Peace and good health.
